Program Manager at Haystack

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Manage, design, develop, and present programs to support an early IT educational ecosystem.
• Assess program needs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Act as a liaison between internal departments, external partners, and community organizations.
• Coordinate with faculty and staff to support program development and implementation.
• Assist with managing relationships with academic and industry partners.
• Support the organization of events, workshops, and marketing strategies for program recruitment.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Three (3) years of relevant experience in program management or a related field.
• Experience working with school districts or implementing new educational programs is preferred.
• Strong understanding of administrative functions in an educational or organizational setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
