Are you ready to shape the future of analytics at Link Snacks? We're looking for a Sr. Product Owner, Analytics and Automation to lead the vision and delivery of data-driven products for our Supply Chain Operations & Planning (SCOPs), Manufacturing, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) domains — powering smarter decisions, faster innovation, and stronger business outcomes. At Link Snacks, we are building an analytics capability that transforms how the business operates—enabling insights at scale and driving measurable impact across our supply chain and manufacturing network.
As a Sr. Product Owner, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for BI and analytics products across the SCOPs, Manufacturing, and IBP domains. This role spans the entire product lifecycle—from discovery and prioritization to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement. A key focus area is defining and delivering high-value dashboards and self-service analytics that support demand and supply planning, the S&OP / IBP cycle, manufacturing performance, inventory, logistics, and procurement.
You'll work closely with supply chain, manufacturing, and planning leaders, business relationship managers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and execute the vision and roadmap for analytics products. While your primary responsibility is product leadership, you will also roll up your sleeves to direct or perform BI development, including importing and transforming data, enhancing semantic models, building and deploying Power BI visualizations, and implementing security and access controls.

This role is supported by a strong ecosystem of experts, including business relationship managers, data engineers, data architects, BI developers, data scientists, and platform specialists who enable reporting and analytics product development. You'll lead the vision and orchestrate these resources to deliver solutions that drive business impact.
