About the Role
As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Inspira Behavior, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality ABA services to individuals with diverse behavioral needs. You will be responsible for developing evidence-based treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians and mid-tier staff, and ensuring effective client progress through data-driven decision-making.

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of client care, offer ongoing mentorship and training, and play an active role in shaping the success of both clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Implement Treatment Plans – Create and oversee individualized behavior programs to support client progress.
- Conduct Assessments – Perform evaluations (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS) to guide treatment decisions.
- Supervise & Train Staff – Provide oversight, mentorship, and professional development for behavior technicians and mid-tier staff.
- Support Families & Caregivers – Offer parent training and collaborate with other professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Ensure Data-Driven Decisions – Collect, analyze, and utilize treatment data to monitor client progress and adjust programs accordingly.
- Manage Compliance & Documentation – Maintain accurate records, adhere to ethical guidelines, and ensure scheduling efficiency.
- Collaborate with Clinical Teams – Participate in clinical meetings, peer consultations, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Current BCBA Certification (in good standing).
- Completion of BACB-approved coursework.
- 1+ year of ABA experience and prior supervisory experience.
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
- CPR/First Aid Certification & TB test.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift 20–50 lbs. as needed.
- COVID-19 vaccination & required immunizations (unless exempt).
