Key Responsibilities For The Fleet Coordinator

• Issue purchase orders and process vendor invoices
• Enter and verify invoices in Laserfiche and QuickBooks
• Coordinate invoice approvals and communicate with corporate accounting
• Manage DMV registrations and vehicle renewal documentation
• Maintain fleet records and ensure DOT compliance requirements are met
• Coordinate vehicle and equipment repairs and preventative maintenance schedules

Qualifications For The Fleet Coordinator

• 2+ years of experience in fleet, equipment, maintenance, operations, purchasing, or administrative support
• Experience with vehicle registrations, fleet records, or DOT compliance preferred
• Experience processing invoices, purchase orders, or accounting-related documentation
• QuickBooks experience preferred
• Agricultural, transportation, construction, or equipment industry experience is a plus
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
