Full Time Traveling Merchandiser at RoShay Services

Role Overview

The Merchandiser is responsible for placing products, building displays, and collaborating with store personnel in community retail locations. Key duties include executing merchandising resets, building retail displays, merchandising impulse items, and implementing plan-o-grams. The role involves cultivating relationships with in-store management to ensure effective product placement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in teams
• Adaptable to changing environments
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive movements
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Resident within 20 miles of Fayetteville, NC

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain retail displays and merchandise impulse items
• Execute resets and implement plan-o-grams
• Develop strong relationships with store management
