Seeking a Creative Production Coordinator / Associate to support visual creative, branding, content production, and creative operations. The ideal candidate combines strong visual instincts with exceptional organization and hands-on production discipline.

[Job Description]

[Key Responsibilities]

● Support the NGGL across visual & branding development, content production, and creative operations

● Design and produce brand-aligned creative assets across digital, social, and print

● Develop moodboards, visual references, creative presentations, and project proposals

● Research emerging trends across music, fashion, youth culture, digital media, entertainment, and visual storytelling

● Manage project logistics, including expense tracking, transportation, and equipment rentals for creative projects

● Provide on-site support during shoots, fittings, and events, ensuring that wardrobe, equipment, and creative materials are prepared

Requirements

[Required Qualifications]

● Ability to design and produce polished, brand-aligned creative assets across digital, social, and print

● Strong visual taste and interest in music, fashion, branding, pop culture, and youth culture

● Experience supporting photoshoots, video productions, campaigns, events, fittings, or other creative projects

● Proficiency in both Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, or advanced proficiency in either program.

● Strong organizational, project-management, and multitasking skills

● Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across creative and production teams

● Professional, solutions-oriented, and a team player

● Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Bilingual in English and Korean prefer

[Preferred Qualifications]

● Experience in the music, entertainment, fashion, media, advertising, or artist development industries

● Familiarity with wardrobe styling, glam operations, sample trafficking, and fashion production workflows

● Portfolio demonstrating strong visual taste, creative thinking, or production work

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and After Effects.

● Proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets

● Experience with emerging creative design tools (3D, AI, or Web Design)
