Key Responsibilities

User Experience Design

  • Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability assessments.
  • Analyze user journeys, workflows, and pain points to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Create personas, journey maps, information architecture, and task flows.
  • Define end-to-end user experiences aligned with business objectives.

User Interface Design

  • Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Create intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
  • Develop and maintain design standards, style guides, and reusable design components.
  • Ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms.

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Partner with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and support product discovery activities.
  • Translate business requirements into design specifications for development teams.
  • Review implementations to ensure adherence to approved designs.

Research & Validation

  • Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback.
  • Analyze data and user behavior to drive continuous improvements.
  • Validate design solutions through prototypes and testing.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging UX practices.

Accessibility & Quality

  • Ensure solutions comply with accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Advocate for inclusive and user-centered design practices.
  • Support design reviews and quality assurance activities.
  • Promote performance, usability, and customer experience best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years of UI/UX design experience for enterprise web or mobile applications.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX and UI design work.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and design systems.
  • Solid understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and usability principles.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing financial services, fintech, or enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with Design Systems and Component Libraries.
  • Understanding of Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture and modern web technologies.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, or React.
  • Experience with user analytics and A/B testing.
