Key Responsibilities
User Experience Design
- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability assessments.
- Analyze user journeys, workflows, and pain points to identify improvement opportunities.
- Create personas, journey maps, information architecture, and task flows.
- Define end-to-end user experiences aligned with business objectives.
User Interface Design
- Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Create intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
- Develop and maintain design standards, style guides, and reusable design components.
- Ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Partner with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support product discovery activities.
- Translate business requirements into design specifications for development teams.
- Review implementations to ensure adherence to approved designs.
Research & Validation
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback.
- Analyze data and user behavior to drive continuous improvements.
- Validate design solutions through prototypes and testing.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging UX practices.
Accessibility & Quality
- Ensure solutions comply with accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Advocate for inclusive and user-centered design practices.
- Support design reviews and quality assurance activities.
- Promote performance, usability, and customer experience best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of UI/UX design experience for enterprise web or mobile applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX and UI design work.
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and design systems.
- Solid understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and usability principles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing financial services, fintech, or enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with Design Systems and Component Libraries.
- Understanding of Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture and modern web technologies.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, or React.
- Experience with user analytics and A/B testing.
