Core academic content is completed independently by students in two concentrated daily hours using AI-driven platforms. The remaining time is dedicated to cultivating practical skills through facilitated workshops, coaching, and exploratory activities.

Your work will not involve delivering predetermined lessons or overseeing a conventional virtual classroom. Instead, you'll facilitate dynamic online sessions designed to encourage students to think critically, create, collaborate, and mature. You'll guide them through storytelling, entrepreneurship, wellness, and critical thinking while fostering independence, self-confidence, and executive functioning.

What You Will Be Doing

• Leveraging platform analytics and student indicators to tailor support and monitor development trajectories
• Working alongside fellow educators to design and refine project-based learning opportunities

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
