They progress through AI-driven learning applications at individualized speeds. AI manages the instructional delivery. Your responsibility is facilitating life skills workshops that capture K-8 students' full attention, conducting motivational sessions that drive them toward weekly learning targets, and maintaining standards when students attempt to underperform. The academic progression is automated. You manage the human dimension.

Guides who consistently achieve performance benchmarks (100% cohort achievement of weekly app targets, 90%+ satisfaction ratings) advance to Lead Guide positions where they mentor other educators in refining this work. What You Will Be Doing

• Facilitating one-hour life skills workshops with K-8 students addressing topics including public speaking, concentration, and feedback exchange
• Administering Test2Pass mastery assessments following each workshop to verify students have authentically acquired the skill, not merely attended
• Conducting daily motivation sessions leveraging student profiles, personal interests, and Coachbot analytics to ensure 100% of your cohort reaches their weekly app progression targets
• Employing narrative techniques, incentive systems (school currency, leaderboards), and individual relationships to overcome student reluctance
• Monitoring cohort satisfaction ratings to maintain a 90%+ benchmark on student surveys

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Presenting traditional lectures at a whiteboard. Students progress academically via self-directed AI-powered applications, not through direct instruction from you.
• Providing passive supervision. Students working on computers is the environment; active facilitation is the function.
• Reducing standards when students resist. Test2Pass requirements remain consistent, regardless of individual student circumstances during any given week.
• Creating curriculum independently. Workshop frameworks and lesson guides are supplied; your responsibility is delivering them with the interpersonal skill and narrative ability that ensures genuine student comprehension.
• Handling parent communications, conducting admissions processes, or directing campus administration. Those functions belong to different positions.

Senior Associate Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience working with K-8 (elementary and middle school) students
• Strong narrative and facilitation skills — capable of maintaining children's engagement throughout a one-hour session
• Available to work on-site at the Alpha campus location in Brownsville, TX
• Legal authorization to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Experience as an athletic coach, camp counselor, or youth program leader
• Demonstrated history of high achievement in competitive settings (academic, athletic, or professional)
• Familiarity with self-paced or application-based learning models
