Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to gather necessary pricing information.
• Track and document project costs and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Evaluate project risks and provide recommendations to minimize cost overruns.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market pricing and construction trends.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and sourcing materials.
• Support the team in developing value-engineering solutions.
