ScholarTrip is seeking an experienced Group Travel Specialist to join our team in Plano, TX. This full-time role supports group and educational travel programs, coordinating complex domestic and international arrangements from initial planning through trip completion. ScholarTrip's group-travel service includes dedicated planning, airfare, accommodations, tours, and ongoing support, so the role fits the company's actual operations closely.

Salary: $26–$32/hour

Duties

• Coordinate domestic and international group travel.

• Manage airfare, hotel, and transportation arrangements.

• Develop and maintain detailed group itineraries.

• Communicate with airlines, hotels, and travel suppliers.

• Manage booking changes, deadlines, and traveler details.

• Provide ongoing support before and during travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of travel industry experience.

• Experience coordinating group or educational travel.

• Strong knowledge of airline booking procedures.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple complex bookings simultaneously.

Extra Skills (Optional)

• Experience with GDS reservation systems.

• Knowledge of international travel requirements.

• Experience working with universities or student groups.
