Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant at Summit Healthcare Staffing

Overview

Summit Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our client's expanding Multi-Speciality practice in Brooklyn, NY. This is an in-person position where you'll provide care through a telehealth platform in a modern, collaborative clinical environment. Your expertise will help improve patient outcomes through comprehensive assessments, accurate diagnoses, and effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and follow-up visits through a telemedicine platform
• Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient care
• See approximately 25 patients per day

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner/ Physian Assistant license in New York
• Must be credentialed with both Medicare and Medicaid
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Telehealth experience is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment

• $150,000–$200,000 annual salary

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
