Account Representative at American Income Life
Build Your Skills. Build Your Career.
Are you looking for more than a position that simply gives you a paycheck?
We’re looking for motivated individuals who want to develop professionally, build meaningful client relationships, and create a long-term career path.
As an Account Representative, you’ll work directly with working families, helping them understand the programs and benefits available to them. You’ll develop your ability to communicate, present information, identify needs, and guide clients through important decisions.
This is a client-facing, sales-focused opportunity with training, mentorship, and opportunities for continued professional development.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to have years of experience to be successful here.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Confident and comfortable communicating with others
- Professional and personable
- Motivated by goals and personal achievement
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable speaking with people virtually
- Interested in developing professionally
- Looking for an opportunity with growth and uncapped performance-based earning potential
Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, recruiting, education, or management can be valuable, but training is provided.
Why Join Us?
We believe your starting position shouldn’t determine your long-term potential.
You’ll have access to training and mentorship designed to help you develop skills in communication, sales, client relations, presentation, and leadership.
For individuals who demonstrate strong performance and leadership potential, there are opportunities to take on additional responsibility and grow within the organization.
