Kabredlo's Property is hiring an experienced landscaping professional who wants steady, long-term work with a local company. This is not a seasonal job — we guarantee 40-hour weeks all year, with competitive pay, full benefits, and room to grow.

Pay and Benefits

Starting at $25+ per hour, based on experience and skill level.

What You'll Do

• Maintain professional landscaping at apartment communities across Lincoln
• Mow, trim, edge, prune, weed, mulch, plant, and handle seasonal cleanups
• Care for lawns, trees, shrubs, flower beds, and landscaped areas
• Spot and correct landscape, irrigation, weed, and curb-appeal issues
• Install plants, trees, shrubs, mulch, rock, and other materials
• Inspect, adjust, and make basic repairs to sprinkler and irrigation systems
• Assist with snow removal and seasonal property maintenance

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in professional landscaping, lawn care, grounds maintenance, or similar
• Experience running commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and landscape equipment
• Irrigation or sprinkler repair experience strongly preferred
• Dependable work history and strong attendance
• Able to work independently and see what needs doing
• Comfortable with physical outdoor work in all seasons
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
