Position: Water Restoration Technician

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: $18 to $20/hour

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Day Shift, 7:30am to 4:30pm (With the ability to work on-call*)

Employers Options is seeking a Water Restoration Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Respond to emergency service calls during scheduled work hours, with opportunities to participate in a rotating after-hours and weekend on-call schedule.
• Assess damaged properties and perform restoration services to return them to pre-loss condition.
• Learn and apply industry-leading restoration techniques, equipment, and best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to complete restoration projects safely, efficiently, and professionally.
• Deliver exceptional customer service during challenging situations.
• Take pride in helping customers restore their homes, businesses, and peace of mind.

Position Requirements

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and high level of integrity.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with commitment to producing high-quality work and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work extended hours when project demands require.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in changing situations.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
