The Syndicate Structured Products Operations Associate is responsible for supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of structured product offerings, ensuring the successful launch, booking, servicing, and settlement of structured investments distributed to Wealth Management clients. The role serves as a critical liaison among Structured Investments Sales, Trading, Product Development, Financial Advisors, Operations, Technology, and external counterparties to facilitate accurate and timely execution of new issuances while maintaining a strong focus on risk management, regulatory compliance, and client service.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related discipline.
Strong understanding of capital markets and financial products.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and risk awareness.
Proficiency in Excel and operational systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Structured Products, Syndicate, Fixed Income, Equity Derivatives, or Capital Markets Operations.
Knowledge of the structured product issuance lifecycle.
Familiarity with allocations, settlement processes, securities processing, and client servicing.
Experience interacting with trading desks, syndicate teams, sales organizations, and Wealth Management partners.
Understanding of operational risk and control frameworks.
