Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist at Kent Companies

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will help drive hiring efforts for field and construction-facing teams by creating a strong candidate experience and supporting timely, organized recruiting operations. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders, communicating clearly in both English and Spanish, and helping teams move from hiring need to a successful start with efficiency and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen bilingual candidates for construction and field-based roles.
• Coordinate interviews, hiring steps, and candidate communication across multiple job sites.
• Maintain applicant tracking records and ensure timely follow-up with candidates.
• Support onboarding preparation and compliance steps for newly hired employees.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
• Construction-related recruiting or commercial construction experience is a plus.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system is a plus.
• Experience coordinating with hiring managers, field supervisors, regional leaders, and candidates in a high-volume recruiting environment is a plus.
