Role Overview

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented showroom environment that supports an excellent customer experience. This role performs routine cleaning, restroom and break-room upkeep, furniture dusting, hygiene inspections, and facility condition reporting

Key Responsibilities

• Clean front-door glass, glass surfaces, mirrors, furniture surfaces, lamp shades, and cabinet interiors.
• Vacuum carpets, mop tile areas, and remove heel marks from wood or painted surfaces.
• Clean restroom stalls and commodes while replenishing bathroom paper products and maintaining hygiene standards.
• Clean countertops, tables, sinks, and other surfaces in restrooms and break-room areas.
• Empty and clean the refrigerator and replace trash can liners as needed.
• Clean areas behind rug racks and maintain overall showroom cleanliness.
• Conduct regular inspections of entry, service, and restroom areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Report facility repairs such as leaky faucets or loose tiles to the store manager and complete other tasks assigned by management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to regularly lift over 25 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to transport loads of up to 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable attendance and consistent performance.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
