ABOUT THE ROLE

WRMC is seeking a strategic and hands-on Regional Director to oversee a portfolio of residential communities and lead a team of General Managers.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving operational excellence, strengthening client relationships, and developing high-performing teams. The Regional Director partners closely with Executive Leadership and Boards of Directors to ensure each community operates efficiently, meets financial goals, and delivers an exceptional resident experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide leadership and operational oversight for an assigned portfolio of properties
  • Lead, coach, and support General Managers across multiple communities
  • Partner with Executive Leadership to establish and achieve regional goals
  • Build strong relationships with Boards of Directors and key stakeholders
  • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and process improvements
  • Evaluate underperforming properties and implement strategic solutions
  • Ensure proper staffing, hiring, and team development across sites
  • Support new business development and assist with onboarding new accounts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Travel regularly to properties and attend Board and community meetings as needed

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 5–7+ years of experience in property operations, community association management, or hospitality leadership
  • Proven leadership experience managing multi-site teams
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of budgeting and accounting principles
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • CMCA, AMS, or PCAM designation preferred
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to travel frequently between properties within the assigned region
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and respond to emergencies as needed
