Got a knack for fixing, building, and making things beautiful? We're looking for a Maintenance Pro to take on exciting projects in drywall, plumbing, electrical work, and more – all while keeping our resort in top shape!
As a Maintenance Projects I, you will
- Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and general engineering duties as directed by resort leadership.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing fixtures, minor electrical components, and household appliances.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Repair interior/exterior walls, ceilings, and floor surfaces (tile, grout, vinyl, carpet); handle painting and caulking.
- Maintain pools and spas, including chemical balancing and routine cleaning.
- Use resort software and communication tools professionally; respond to guest calls and service needs.
- Ensure tool and material readiness through inventory management and safe equipment use.
- Follow safety guidelines, use PPE, report hazards, and maintain professional appearance and conduct.

Qualifications
- Minimum High School diploma.
- Minimum of 1-3 years in Engineering/Maintenance operations in a resort or commercial environment.
- Must have and maintain valid Driver’s license.
- CPO license as required by Resort
- The team member must regularly lift and/or move, push and/or pull up to 50+ pounds.
- Written and verbal communication in English is expected.
- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work with enthusiasm and focus.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid FL State Driver’s License to drive company golf carts.

- Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
