Project Manager - Hybrid Role at AdMed Inc.
AdMed is looking for a Project Manager to be responsible for handling our company's ongoing projects. You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.
To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a huge advantage.
Project Manager Responsibilities
- Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Ensure Account Coordinators adhere to project management standards on their assigned projects.
- Working with Account Coordinators to submit project deliverables and ensure that they adhere to quality standards.
- Preparing status reports (internal and external) by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
- Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
- Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Enterprise resource planning (ERP) project oversight.
- Project manage on assigned accounts as needed, including the below tasks
- Timeline Setup/Maintenance
- Management of Internal Workflow
- Running Status Meetings/Prep/Followup
- Document Management (Creating and Maintaining Job Folder and Files)
- Submissions
- Maintain Project Management Knowledge Base
- Assist in the preparation and execution of AdMed marketing projects
- Coordinate the development of marketing materials including social media
Requirements

- Minimum 2 years project management experience in an advertising or pharmaceutical agency
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Project Management skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to develop strong business relationships with prospects, clients, and internal staff
- Ability to handle difficult clients or client situations with professionalism and problem-solving tactics
- Big-picture strategic thinking
- Ability to leverage internal relationships to more effectively manage the creative development process
- Strong organizational, multitasking and prioritizing skills
- Able to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Excellent people/team building skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people
- Experience in understanding and selling sales training solutions, digital marketing programs and medical education solutions in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, and WRIKE a plus
Education
- Bachelors Degree required, MBA preferred, Project Management Professional (PMP) strongly preferred
