Our Resident Relations Specialists serve as trusted partners to our residents, creating exceptional living experiences through proactive communication, relationship building, and personalized service. In this highly visible role, you will play a critical part in resident satisfaction and retention by resolving concerns, identifying solutions, and fostering long-term resident loyalty.
The primary focus of this position is managing the resident renewal experience, strengthening resident relationships, and maximizing lease renewals across the community.

What We Offer
AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance including:
- Expected base pay rate of $24.00 to $26.00 an hour + Monthly Renewal Commissions. You will be provided a base pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.

Where You Will Work
You will work onsite at our apartment communities Solay Forth Worth and Alleia at Presidio in Fort Worth, TX.
What You Will Do
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and serve as their primary point of contact for non-maintenance related concerns.
- Manage the full lease renewal process, including resident outreach, negotiations, and execution of renewal agreements.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve resident satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve resident concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Guide residents through important lifecycle events, including renewals, transfers, and move-outs.
- Collaborate with onsite teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional resident experience.
- Assist residents with online account management, rent payments, and community resources.
- Coordinate resident communications regarding community initiatives, events, and policies.
- Review and communicate community policies while maintaining positive resident relationships.
- Organize and support resident engagement events that foster community connection.
- Monitor retention metrics and contribute ideas that improve resident loyalty and overall community performance.
- Complete move-in and move-out inspections and ensure accurate documentation.
- Enter, track, and follow up on resident service requests to ensure timely resolution.

What You Have
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, resident services, property management, hospitality, customer success, retail leadership, or sales.
- Bilingual
- Proven ability to build relationships, resolve concerns, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience meeting performance goals, retention objectives, sales targets, or customer satisfaction metrics preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Proficiency with technology and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between assigned communities.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
