Revenue Operations Manager at Seated
Role Overview
We're hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to own the systems, data and tooling that power our Revenue org. This is a hands-on, builder role: not a strategy-only seat. You'll be the person who actually architects and improves our existing Salesforce, wires up our sales stack and makes sure our team can trust the data they're looking at. You'll report directly to the CRO and work closely with our Operations and Finance teams.
The ideal candidate is a strategic operator who combines deep Revenue Operations expertise with exceptional analytical skills and a passion for building scalable systems in fast-moving environments.
Responsibilities
- Own Revenue Operations across Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships, building scalable processes that improve pipeline generation, sales productivity, forecasting, and retention.
- Own Salesforce end-to-end, including custom objects, flows, validation rules, page layouts, automation, and architecture that can scale with the business.
- Lead territory and quota planning, sales capacity modeling, and forecasting.
- Run and optimize sales cadences and our broader GTM tech stack, including integrations across Salesforce, Salesloft, Nooks, and other tools.
- Own lead and account data, including enrichment, deduplication, lead scoring, routing, account assignment, and cross-system data integrity.
- Build reporting and dashboards, analyze funnel conversion, pipeline health, sales productivity, and customer metrics, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Evaluate and implement new GTM technology, including AI-native and agentic tools that can improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Partner with Revenue leadership on funnel definitions, compensation structure inputs, and other processes that support a scalable GTM organization.
Requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related function, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS, marketplace, or startup environment.
- Deep, hands-on Salesforce experience. You've built flows, automation, custom objects, and scalable CRM architecture, not just administered users.
- Strong understanding of forecasting, pipeline management, sales planning, and Revenue Operations best practices.
- Experience with Salesloft or a comparable sales engagement platform.
- Strong data skills, including SQL or equivalent experience independently manipulating and querying large datasets.
- Experience building or refining lead scoring and routing models.
- Genuine comfort with emerging AI and automation tools in the RevOps space and an interest in evaluating how they can improve existing workflows.
- Strong analytical and cross-functional skills, including the ability to translate data into recommendations and influence senior stakeholders.
- Startup instincts: you're comfortable with ambiguity, avoid unnecessary process, and have a bias toward shipping over perfecting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Experience in restaurant technology, hospitality, marketplaces, or loyalty and rewards.
- Experience building a Revenue Operations function from the ground up.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Metabase, or similar platforms.
Benefits
- $120,000 - $140,000 base + stock options
- 401k with company match
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage
- FSA, dependent care, and commuter benefits
- Paid parental leave and unlimited PTO
- TeleDoc, One Medical, Talkspace, and WellHub access
- Citi Bike membership
- $100 monthly Seated dining credit
