Hardy Nation is looking for Salon Store Leaders who are passionate about the beauty industry, developing strong teams, and providing excellent Client service.

Our Store Leaders work behind the chair while coaching and developing their team and supporting day-to-day salon operations.

We're also open to hiring at surrounding Hardy Nation locations. We have multiple NC Sport Cuts salons throughout the area and regularly hire stylists and leaders from Wilson and Winterville.

Our Store Leaders average $62,000–$83,000 annually, with top Store Leaders earning $80,000+ annually.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and support day-to-day salon operations
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members
• Work behind the chair while leading the salon team
• Provide exceptional Client service
• Assist with recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members
• Partner with the Area Leader to achieve salon performance and sales goals
• Work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid cosmetology license for the state in which you'll work
• Strong Client service and communication skills
• Passion for developing and supporting others
• Dependable and team-oriented
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Leadership experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate with the potential and desire to grow
