About Town & Country Insurance Group

Town & Country Insurance Group is a full-service insurance agency dedicated to safeguarding personal property, real estate assets, and long-term financial security. As the risk management arm of a unified real estate and financial advisory ecosystem, Town & Country Insurance Group delivers proactive asset protection solutions tailored to real estate owners, buyers, and investors.

The Role Vision: From Policy Vendor to Proactive Wealth & Asset Protector

The MG Insurance Advisor transcends traditional policy sales. Rather than providing isolated price quotes at contract closing, you are embedded in the client’s real estate journey from the beginning. You evaluate property risks, calculate accurate home replacement costs, and structure comprehensive personal lines portfolios that protect client equity across every life milestone.

Full Responsibilities

  • Risk & Replacement Analysis: Perform comprehensive property replacement cost assessments and deliver customized Home, Auto, and Umbrella policy proposals within 48 hours.

  • Ecosystem Integration: Work in lockstep with MG Home Advisors and Mission Mortgage Loan Officers to clear insurance contingencies quickly and protect client contract timelines.

  • Portfolio Risk Audits: Conduct thorough reviews of existing coverage for home buyers and sellers, identifying gaps in liability, flood, or property protection.

  • Annual Policy Reviews: Perform annual insurance health checks tied to home renovations, equity gains, property acquisitions, and major life changes.

  • Client Advocacy: Assist clients through policy adjustments, claims navigation, and ongoing risk mitigation strategies.

System Adoption, Adaptability & Technical Competencies

  • System Adaptability: Strong willingness to adopt current internal automation tools, CRM intake setups, and multi-carrier rating systems.

  • Tech Stack Competencies: Proficiency in agency management systems, comparative rating engines, automated intake form workflows, and unified advisory presentation platforms.

  • SLA Discipline: Execute risk assessments and policy documentation in accordance with strict 48-hour turnarounds.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Licensing

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License (Life & Health licensing is a plus).

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance underwriting, quoting, and client advisory.

  • Proven capacity for cross-functional collaboration and long-term client retention strategies.
