Role Overview

This position involves independently preparing, packaging, displaying, and stocking meat products to support store operations and profitability. It requires adherence to safety, food safety, and guest experience standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce meat items according to production plans
• Package, label, and merchandise meat products
• Stock backroom with properly rotated and dated products
• Notify management of supply needs
• Collaborate with other departments to drive store growth
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and guest service standards
• Perform tasks across departments as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in retail or related fields preferred
• Basic math and literacy skills
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills

Physical & Environmental Requirements

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in varied temperatures and conditions typical of retail environments.
