What You Will Do

The Adult Clinic Nurse is responsible for the nursing care of patients in the clinic setting.

The Opportunity

• Patient check in duties, including but not limited to: vital signs, medication reconciliation, allergy updates, and assessment/reason for visit.
• Performs anticoagulation management under the direction of a physician.
• Provides nursing care for patients in the infusion room.
• Follows the plan of care for surgery patients.
• Draws laboratory studies as ordered.
• Coordinate and work directly with triage nursing to ensure comprehensive continuity of patient care.

Requirements

• Graduation from an approved nursing program.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Valid RN license in the state of Indiana.
• Valid drivers license and automobile insurance required.
