Trial Attorney at Synectics Inc.

We are seeking an experienced Trial Attorney with a strong background in personal injury litigation and proven first-chair trial experience. This role requires a client-focused professional who can manage cases independently, deliver strategic legal guidance, and achieve favorable outcomes through negotiation and trial advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
• Meet with clients to assess claims, explain legal strategy, and set expectations
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and insurance carriers
• Evaluate claims and develop effective litigation strategies
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediations
• Prepare cases for trial, including discovery, depositions, and motions
• Serve as first-chair trial counsel in court
• Collaborate with legal staff to ensure efficient case handling

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license and good standing with the New Jersey Bar
• 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience
• First-chair trial experience
• Strong negotiation and case evaluation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
