IT Support Technician at ASM Tech Solutions

We are hiring a School Support Field Technician to provide onsite IT support and troubleshoot computer, mobile device, network, and printer issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT and break/fix support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support Chromebooks, iPads, macOS, iOS, and Windows.
• Support printers, computer labs, displays, and other IT equipment.
• Install software, updates, and patches.
• Deploy and configure computers and devices.
• Maintain tickets and IT asset records.
• Document troubleshooting and resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues when needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of IT/Field Technician experience.
• CompTIA A+ certification required.
• Desk-side/break-fix support experience.
• Experience with Chromebooks, iPads, macOS, and iOS.
• Basic network and wireless troubleshooting.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a background check.

Preferred

• Experience in a school/education environment.
• Associate degree or technical education.
• Experience with ticketing systems and Microsoft Office.
