Job Title - Specialist, Marketing - Clinical Assessments

Help Pearson bring priority Clinical Assessments campaigns to market faster by turning established messaging, existing assets and new ideas into polished digital content across the customer journey.

Also known in the market as: Digital Content Specialist; Content Marketing Specialist; Digital Marketing Content Specialist; Creative Marketing Specialist.

Pearson is the world’s learning company. Our Clinical Assessments portfolio supports professionals working with people across life stages and a wide range of cognitive and diagnostic needs.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will add focused digital production capacity to the Clinical Assessments marketing team. You will create and adapt channel-ready assets, repurpose existing content, complete light video editing and use approved AI tools to accelerate thoughtful, human-reviewed production.

This role suits a practical creator who can work from campaign goals, messaging and available assets, then identify engaging ways to bring them together. You will balance speed with brand quality, accessibility, accuracy and stakeholder review.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and adapt digital campaign assets for web, paid media, email, social, sales enablement and other priority channels.
  • Extend established messaging and agency-developed creative into new formats and channel-specific variations.
  • Produce polished, on-brand assets using Canva and other approved design tools.
  • Edit and repurpose video into shorter cuts, social formats and campaign-ready executions.
  • Use approved generative AI platforms to support research, ideation, variation and production efficiency, with appropriate human review.
  • Manage assigned timelines, dependencies, reviews and launch readiness in Wrike.
  • Coordinate with marketing, product, sales, digital, creative, agency and Corporate Communications partners.
  • Use campaign performance, stakeholder feedback and audience response to recommend and implement practical optimizations.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least four years of experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, content marketing, creative production or a related field.
  • Clear examples of creating and adapting digital assets across email, web, paid media, social and sales enablement channels.
  • Hands-on proficiency in Canva and light video editing.
  • Practical experience using generative AI to accelerate content development or production workflows.
  • Strong writing, editing and visual communication skills, with consistent application of messaging and brand standards.
  • Experience managing multiple fast-turn deliverables and coordinating feedback across stakeholders.
  • Comfort working independently within established strategies and approval processes.
  • Ability to interpret campaign reporting and use performance signals to improve content and channel execution.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Wrike, GA4, Looker Studio, education, healthcare or government markets is helpful but not essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Location & Working Pattern

United States, remote. Central Time is preferred, although candidates in other US time zones will be considered. Occasional travel is expected for conferences, events and content capture, approximately three to four times per year.

Salary / Compensation

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York State, New York City, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:

The minimum full-time salary range is between $70,000- $90,000.
