About Construction Management – AECOM Hunt

AECOM Hunt has an exciting opportunity for a Project Controls Analyst to join our team in Chicago.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide cost data in formats necessary to control the project.
• Explain and analyze various actions and the impact to the project.
• Analyze financial data to identify key project issues.
• Apply knowledge of accounting principles.
• Assemble data for trends and forecast.
• Prepares analysis of progress trends and cost impact.
• Participate in review of contractor invoices for appropriate reconciliation.
• Participate in project cost review meetings.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• BA/BS Finance/Accounting/Construction Management and 4 years of experience in construction related finances or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Aviation/airport experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management experience, PMP preferred.
• Knowledge of construction change management.
• Experience in project controls.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with estimating and scheduling in construction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Profiiency in Procore, CMIC and other construction software programs.

• Travel is required for this position.
• In order to receive a security badge at the client worksite for which you are being hired to perform services, you will be required to pass the client's security screening process to include SWAC (Secure Worker Access Consortium) and/or SIDA (Identification Display Area) and fingerprinting, which will be done after you have commenced employment and is a condition of your continued employment.
