Who We Are

Parenting isn’t picture-perfect. It’s messy, hilarious, exhausting, and life-changing — sometimes all before noon. That’s where we come in.

Founded in 2014 by our CEO Chelsea Hirschhorn, Frida was built to make the raw reality of parenting a little easier to navigate (and a lot less overwhelming). It all started with one legendary snot-sucker — the NoseFrida — and has grown into a 200+ product lineup that supports families through every stage: from fertility and postpartum recovery to baby care and beyond.

We don’t shy away from the stuff no one else wants to talk about — nipple pain, diaper blowouts, or the emotional rollercoaster that comes with keeping a tiny human alive. We call it like it is, solve the problems that actually matter, and build products that help parents feel seen, supported, and totally capable.

You can now find Frida products in 50+ countries and thousands of stores across the U.S., from the biggest national retailers to your neighborhood grocery aisle.

Under Hirschhorn’s leadership, Frida has become a category leader by challenging taboos, championing honesty, and supporting families at every stage of parenthood and beyond, earning acclaim on TIME's 100 Most Influential Companies, TIME Best Inventions, Fast Company Most Innovative Companies and Fast Company Brands That Matter. But the real win? Knowing we’re helping parents everywhere feel a little more human and a little less alone.

How You Will Make an Impact

Frida is looking for a part-time contractor to support the day-to-day execution of paid social creative across our portfolio of brands. This is a hands-on support role for someone who is highly organized, responsive, and able to keep multiple creative workstreams moving while also bringing strong instincts around paid social ads. The majority of the role will focus on creator coordination, production follow-through, creative reviews, asset management, research, and executional support that helps the team scale faster.

We are looking for more than a traditional project coordinator. The right person understands what makes paid social creative effective, has strong copy and visual instincts, and is interested in contributing to creative development, research, and performance analysis. Success in this role starts with making the day-to-day easier quickly. Contractors who demonstrate strong judgment, creative ability, and strategic thinking may take on greater ownership over time.

Responsibilities to include

Creative Operations and Coordination

  • Coordinate day-to-day creative workstreams across internal stakeholders, agency partners, freelancers, and UGC creators
  • Update project timelines, creative trackers, deliverable schedules, and status updates across multiple active projects
  • Follow up on open items, surface blockers, and help ensure projects continue moving without requiring constant oversight
  • Manage UGC and creator communication, product sends, shipment tracking, deliverable collection, and other production logistics
  • Maintain organized creative libraries, asset trackers, naming conventions, and documentation
  • Help prepare materials for internal reviews and ensure feedback and action items are captured and shared out

Creator and Creative Support

  • Support workflows with UGC creators and freelancers, including communicating out briefings, brand guidelines and deliverable requirements
  • First-pass review of incoming creative against briefs and brand standards to identify clear issues or opportunities
  • Translate internal feedback into clear, actionable direction and communicate it to creators, freelancers and agency partners in a timely manner
  • Support development of creative concepts, variations, and testing ideas
  • Assist in writing and iterating hooks, headlines, on-screen text, captions, creator talking points and other paid social copy
  • Assist with lightweight asset adaptation and versioning with light graphic design or video editing when capabilities allow
  • Proof and QA final creative assets prior to launch

Research, Insights, and Performance Support

  • Research competitors, creators, paid social formats, platform trends, and relevant cultural or category behavior
  • Track strong examples of paid social creative and maintain an organized library of hooks, formats, messaging approaches, and visual references
  • Mine reviews, comments, social content, and other consumer sources for useful language, pain points, objections, and creative insights
  • Pull and organize creative performance data from platform and reporting tools
  • Support creative performance analysis by identifying recurring patterns and helping translate findings into potential opportunities

What You Will Need

  • 4+ years of experience in paid social creative, content production, creator marketing, social media, performance marketing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of short-form social content and platform best practices across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Excellent copywriting instincts, with experience developing hooks, headlines, on-screen text, creator talking points, and social copy
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple deliverables, stakeholders, and deadlines with strong attention to detail
  • Strong creative eye with the ability to evaluate content for clarity, pacing, messaging, tone, and overall execution
  • Working knowledge of paid social performance metrics, with strong analytical instincts and curiosity around why creative performs
  • Comfortable using AI-assisted tools for research, copy, and creative iteration; experience with UGC/creators, design, video editing, or DTC/CPG is a plus
