General Engineer Construction, Cheyenne Mountain SFS, Colorado Springs, Colorado at Technologist, Inc.

Technologist Inc. is seeking an experienced General Engineer (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) to support our work at Cheyenne Mountain SFS.

Hours of support are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

· Work with customers to define project requirements, prepare cost estimates, and draft statements of work and other components of the acquisition package for government approval and submission.

· Engineers will be expected to manage up to 30 project requirements per month across all positions: to include developing project acquisition packages and oversight of active projects.

· Coordinate with other governmental personnel, as necessary, to define project requirements, ensure compliance with Federal, State, local and Air/Space Force regulations.

· Relevant experience includes, but is not limited to, a comprehensive knowledge of engineering principles and analytical techniques to support complex engineering assignments.

· Provide construction oversight as necessary to ensure compliance with Statement of Work, design drawings and applicable code requirements, and provide feedback to the government.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture.
• At least five (5) years’ experience as a facility design engineer or construction project manager.
• At least five (5) years’ experience utilizing all facets of Microsoft Office applications and at least some familiarity with AutoCAD.
• Must be eligible for a Secret level clearance.
