Store Manager - Bay Area at Sightglass Coffee

Our Store Managers are passionate leaders that showcase our coffee and complete the story that starts on far-flung farms across the globe. The Store Manager is responsible for the overall success of our cafes. They hire and build strong teams and are focused on training and supporting each team member. They are responsible for creating exceptional hospitality and coffee experiences and for leading the cafe to achieve our financial and operational goals.
