Sales and Store Manager at W3Global

Position Overview

The Sales & Store Manager is responsible for leading the retail sales team to achieve a 2026 annual written and delivered sales goal, driven by 10 sales professionals each averaging $xx per month. This role requires maintaining a fully staffed, fully trained sales force that consistently delivers a WOW experience to every customer. The manager validates that each RSA (Retail Sales Associate) is building and nurturing customer relationships, while ensuring operations, merchandising, and customer experience meet the highest standards. The manager has a laser focus to drive traffic through experiences/content creation/alignment of advertising/and events. Manager is expected to crash every party and assist in expanding and closing every deal.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Performance

Oversee daily TRAX and Myriad/Storis data tracking by salesperson.

Track and report daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Hold RSAs accountable for achieving personal and store performance targets.

Review and Sign off on sales orders daily.

Involved with and solve every customer issue/misorders/service

Team Development & Leadership

Lead daily Coaching Motivation Meetings (CMM) with RSAs.

Assign and track daily RSA training assignments.

Conduct daily RSA readiness and appearance checks.

Participate in weekly guest experience meetings with Tenille.

Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and team growth.

Onboard new RSAs utilizing company process template.

Merchandising & Inventory Control

Conduct daily showroom walk-throughs ensuring best-in-class presentation.

Confirm all floor items are accurately priced and tagged.

Identify and present weekly "sell off floor" and "nailed" items.

Manage stock orders for top-selling and new items.

Collaborate weekly with Tenille to review and fulfill ordering needs.

Prepare and present weekly velocity reports by category.

Maintain and update Complete War Board to include top sellers (Top 3 categories + bedding).

Present sales performance, stock positions, and best sellers at Saturday sales meetings.

Create and maintain weekly floor labor schedule.

Showroom & Facility Management

Perform weekly facility checks: ceiling lighting, parking lot, carpet, tile, and bathrooms.

Organize and oversee monthly deep cleaning, including break rooms.

Marketing & Advertising

Present Marketing Plan (daily & monthly content creation and focus).

Survey each customer on where they have seen us in advertising.

Monthly Store Events to drive traffic.

Attend weekly advertising meetings with Tenille.

Align sales floor priorities with and ensure RSAs are aware of current ad campaigns.

Serve as first responder to Google reviews and negative customer feedback.

Qualifications

ALL HOLIDAYS ARE REQUIRED TO BE WORKED, NO EXCEPTIONS

Proven retail sales leadership experience, preferably in furniture or home furnishings.

Strong background in sales operations, team management, and coaching.

Skilled in sales data analysis.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Must be detail-oriented with a focus on execution and accountability.

Ability to travel as required.

Success Metrics

Achieving 10%+ growth for both written and delivered sales.

Achieving growth in bedding, average sale, delivery income, and protection.

Maintaining 10 fully trained, high-performing RSAs.

Alignment of sales performance with advertising and inventory strategies.

Positive culture environment fostering employee engagement and retention.
