FP&A Analyst

We’re seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join a fast-paced, collaborative team in the construction or manufacturing industry. This role supports both the CFO and Assistant Controller, contributing to forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and strategic analysis.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 1–5 years of experience in FP&A, who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to take ownership of financial processes that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analysis.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes with accurate data and assumptions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather and present financial insights.
• Help maintain financial controls and support audits and compliance.
• Contribute to financial modeling, board materials, and strategic initiatives.
• Participate in ad hoc projects including cost-saving, margin analysis, and profitability reviews.

Required Qualifications Of Financial Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in FP&A or accounting (internship experience considered).
• Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

compensation range: $70,000-$90,000 + bonus
