Director of Human Resources at Century Group

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Director of Human Resources to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $95,000 to $110,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead all human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, workforce planning, training, and organizational development.
• Manage and develop HR team members while providing both strategic direction and hands on support for daily HR operations.
• Oversee recruitment efforts for technical, sales, and professional positions while driving hiring performance and workforce growth.
• Lead employee onboarding, training administration, performance management programs, and retention initiatives across the organization.
• Support organizational growth by managing acquisition integration activities, employee transitions, and people related change management efforts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive human resources experience, including at least 2+ years leading an HR function.
• Previous experience managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance requirements, and multi state workforce administration.
• Prior experience supporting business growth, workforce expansion, and organizational scaling initiatives.
• Ability to develop HR strategies while remaining actively involved in day to day execution and employee support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in private equity backed, high growth, or rapidly expanding organizations.
• Demonstrated success leading workforce integration efforts related to mergers, acquisitions, or organizational transitions.
• Prior experience recruiting technical, engineering, IT, sales, or business development talent.
• Professional HR certification, such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and relationship building skills with the ability to influence employees and executives at all levels.
