Date: 8 hours ago
City: New York, NY
Contract type: Full time

WHO WE ARE

Mojo Supermarket is a fully integrated agency built on the creative philosophy "Break your Brain Good." We create work that rewires the way people think and helps brands solve their biggest business challenges. By combining strategic thinking with bold creative, we deliver ideas that generate outsized business results for clients including TikTok, Burger King, Chase, DoorDash, Ruggable, and more.

THE ROLE

We're looking for an Analyst, Data & Analytics who's curious about what the numbers can tell us about people, brands and the work we make.

You'll help measure performance across client accounts, working with campaign, social, platform, audience and cultural data to understand what's happening and begin uncovering why. You'll build reports and analyses, monitor performance and help turn findings into insights our Strategy, Creative, Account and Social teams can use.

This is a role for someone who loves working with data but doesn't want to stop at the numbers. You'll learn how to connect data to the bigger picture: what audiences are doing, how the work is landing and what we can learn to make it better.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Establish measurement frameworks that help orient us towards business and marketing success
  • Own measurement and reporting across client accounts and campaigns.
  • Pull, organize and analyze data from social platforms, creator programs, audience intelligence and listening tools, alongside other relevant sources.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards and recurring performance analyses that make information clear and useful.
  • Monitor campaign, social and content performance and identify trends, anomalies, performance gaps, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate consistently with broader team to help create insight into the work and our marketing challenges.
  • Turn analysis into clear takeaways and recommendations for internal teams and clients.
  • Use social listening, sentiment and audience intelligence to understand cultural conversations, audience behavior, affinities and competitive overlap.
  • Analyze creator and creator-program performance and surface learnings that can inform content, partnerships and future work.
  • Partner with Strategy and Creative to connect what we’re learning to briefs, ideas, testing, optimization, amplification and future decisions.
  • Present analyses, findings and recommendations in client conversations, clearly explaining what the data tells us and why it matters..
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency across data sources, reporting and deliverables.
  • Stay curious about new platforms, tools and approaches that can make analysis smarter and more efficient.
  • Use tools such as Tubular, Meltwater, GWI and native social analytics platforms, or comparable tools, to conduct analysis and uncover insights.

Requirements

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3–5 years of experience in analytics, measurement, research, social intelligence or a related discipline, ideally within an agency or similarly client-facing marketing environment.
  • Strong analytical instincts and the ability to move beyond what happened to understand why it happened, what it means and what we should do next.
  • Experience structuring and analyzing quantitative data and an ability to spot patterns and inconsistencies.
  • Hands-on experience in social listening, social/content analytics, creator measurement and audience intelligence.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to getting data structured in a usable way.
  • Compelling written and verbal communication skills and an ability to clearly paint a picture of what you’re seeing.
  • An interest in brands, advertising, social media, culture and creative work.
  • Experience with relevant tools such as Tubular, Meltwater, GWI, native social analytics platforms or comparable solutions, and the ability to explain which tools you’ve used and what they’re useful for.
  • A collaborative mindset and an eagerness to work with disciplines beyond analytics.
  • A willingness to ask questions, dig deeper and learn from more experienced analysts and strategists.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience building dashboards and working with Claude Code/Python, etc.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • Your reporting is accurate, reliable and delivered with a clear understanding of what the numbers represent.
  • You’re able to spot meaningful patterns and insights, even beyond where you’re asked to look.
  • You can explain what happened clearly and what it means for making decisions going forward.
  • Teams value the data you provide and can easily understand the takeaways.
  • Your measurement approach clearly connects to strategy, creative and business objectives.
  • You’re fluent across social, creator and audience analytics, using relevant tools to surface findings that help teams understand performance and identify opportunities.
  • You bring curiosity to the work, asking better questions and digging beyond the obvious answer.
