The Role

• Determine strategy, drive best practices, and influence technical direction within software solutions.

• Mentor and lead developers, cultivating deep technical understanding and curiosity.

• Explore technical needs and proactively propose innovative solutions.

• Set the technical strategy for your team, ensuring alignment with broader goals.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and launch scalable, maintainable software.

• Drive continuous improvement in software quality, customer experience, and product maintainability.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.

• 5+ years of programming experience in at least one software language.

• 5+ years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems.

• 5+ years of experience with the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.

• Proven experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leader of an engineering team.

• Interest in web application development, services design & architecture, SEO, security, and cloud technologies.
