Pay: $20.00+ / hour

Job Summary

BOH fast order cooks are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall flow of the small Neon Spur kitchen. This role supports Neon Spur by ensuring workspaces, equipment, and storage areas are clean, stocked, and ready for service at all times.

Primary Focus

• Kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Setting up and breaking down food service on shifts.
• Ensuring health and safety standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, drains, and work surfaces.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Remove trash, recycling, and compost regularly and properly.
• Assist with ordering, receiving deliveries and organizing storage areas.
• Keep dish, prep, and storage areas organized and stocked.
• Be efficient with restocking, breakdown, and deep cleaning tasks.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols.

Skills & Qualifications

• Prior fast order cook experience preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have (or obtain) a current Arizona Food Handlers Card.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
