Full-Time Barber & Hair Stylist Position

Location: San Antonio, Tx

Schedule: Full-Time (35–39 Hours Per Week)

Availability Required: Nights and Weekends

The Role

Diesel Barbershop is looking for a licensed Barber or Stylist in San Antonio TX who can deliver a great cut, bring positive energy, and give every client an experience worth coming back for..

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver high-quality men’s haircuts, fades, tapers, beard trims, and shaves
• Talking with clients to understand the look they want
• Create a fun and welcoming experience from start to finish
• Build relationships that turn new clients into regulars
• Recommend products that match each clients needs
• Keep a clean, organized, and ready-to-go workstation
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment

What We’re Looking For

• Active Cosmetology or Barber License in TX
• Strong technical skills in men’s haircutting, fading, clipper work, and detailing
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A dependable, professional, and team-focused attitude
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume barbershop environment
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak business hours
