Back Office Medical Assistant at Argus Medical Management, LLC

ProHealth Partners is an established multi-specialty physician group and has been providing care to patients over the last 30 years. Our network includes over 250+ physicians in over 100+ clinics throughout the greater Long Beach, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire areas.

We are seeking a Back Office Medial Assistant to support our busy clinical office in Lakewood, CA.

Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm

Pay: $23-25/hr

Responsibilities

• Take and record vitals
• Prep and escort patients to exam rooms
• Review and document medical history
• Collect and label specimens for testing
• Administer injections, perform blood draws and EKGs
• Assist the provider with patient care
• Maintain patient confidentiality
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum 1 year experience working as an MA
• Cardiology experience preferred
• MA Certified
• CPR Certified
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical environment
