Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: Missouri

Position: Full-Time

Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Setting: Remote

Role Description

We are looking for an LCSW licensed in Missouri for a full-time remote position. You will meet with clients for therapy, complete assessments, and help manage ongoing care. Most of your day will be spent working directly with clients and keeping up with the documentation that comes with each case.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients for virtual therapy sessions
• Complete psychosocial assessments
• Identify concerns and discuss treatment goals
• Keep notes and client records up to date
• Follow up on client progress
• Make referrals when additional services are needed
• Follow Missouri licensing and professional requirements

Requirements

• Active Missouri LCSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Clinical experience in mental health treatment
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms
• Organized and self-directed work style
