Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Position: Full-Time

Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Location: New York

Setting: Remote/Telehealth

Job Summary

As an LCSW, you will manage the clinical needs of clients throughout the course of care, from the initial assessment through ongoing treatment. The position requires sound clinical judgment, thoughtful case management, and the ability to respond to changes in a client’s needs over time. You will work independently while maintaining appropriate standards for documentation, confidentiality, and professional practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions through telehealth
• Perform psychosocial assessments and evaluate presenting concerns
• Establish treatment goals based on clinical findings
• Provide appropriate therapeutic interventions throughout the course of care
• Evaluate progress and make changes to treatment when clinically indicated
• Complete clinical notes and maintain required records
• Coordinate referrals or additional services when necessary
• Follow New York licensing, ethical, and professional standards

Requirements

• Active New York LCSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Post-licensure clinical experience
• Ability to manage a consistent caseload remotely
• Strong written documentation skills
