Objective

Manage and improve the organizations financial reporting and accounting operations.

This role is 100% onsite

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• 10+ Experience in a management position; manufacturing experience required
• Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management and general finance and budgeting

• Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions.
• Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively and delegate
• Ability to solve problems
• Strong leader with excellent communications skills with the ability to manage and motivate their team
• Ability and desire to flex from big picture strategic thinking to rolling up the sleeves and getting things done

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to the Accounting Department.
• Provides direction of all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, credit, insurance, compliance, reporting and information technology.
• Develops and enforces the company’s financial policies, systems, and controls in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage and oversee ERP system.
• Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company.
• Manages all audits, ensuring excellent and timely results.
• Review financial reports for ways to reduce costs and gain efficiency.
• Manage inventory and cost accounting for manufacturing operations.
• Streamline accounting functions and operations.
• Collaborate with the VP of Finance and Operations in managing the relationships with PDI’s banking partners.

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods, use hands to operate a computer and office equipment, and communicate effectively via phone and email. The employee may occasionally need to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and lift or move items up to 10 pounds. Pay Range

Starting at $120,000-130,000 plus annual incentive plan

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual salaries will be set within the compensation range and determined by factors such as market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise, and internal equity considerations.
