What You'll Do

• Be the go-to contact for customer questions, orders, and requests.
• Deliver outstanding service through proactive communication and follow-through.
• Manage quotes, estimates, and order entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Partner with sales, production, purchasing, and other teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, solve problems, and add value for customers.
• Build strong relationships and become a trusted resource customers can count on.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of customer service, account management, sales support, or order management experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP or CRM experience preferred.
• Manufacturing, printing, or B2B experience is a plus.
• A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering great customer experiences.
