The Opportunity

We're looking for a talented Research Manager with strong quantitative research experience to join our growing team.

This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, translating data into compelling stories and building strong client relationships. While experience across both quantitative and qualitative methodologies would be highly advantageous, we are particularly keen to hear from candidates with a agency applied experience and strong quantitative skillset who are confident designing surveys, analyzing data and developing insight-driven recommendations.

This is a hybrid role, with colleagues required to attend at least two days per week in our office, alongside flexible home working.

As a Research Manager, you'll lead projects from brief through to debrief, partnering closely with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional work that makes a real impact.

What you'll be doing

Project Leadership

• Lead end-to-end healthcare research projects, managing timelines, budgets, resources and client relationships to ensure successful delivery.

Quantitative (& Qualitative) Research & Insight

• Design and deliver research programmes, from questionnaire development and data analysis through to insight generation, reporting and client recommendations. Strong quantitative capability is central to this role.

Client Growth & Business Development

• Build strong client partnerships, contribute to proposal development and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and win new business.

Requirements

What you'll Bring

We're looking for a curious, commercially minded researcher who enjoys solving business challenges through data and insight.

• Strong quantitative market research experience gained within an agency environment.
• Qualitative market research experience gained within an agency environment
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical or life sciences research experience.
• Experience designing surveys, analyzing quantitative data and developing actionable insights.
• Mixed-methods experience is highly desirable but strong quantitative capability is essential.
• Excellent project lead, management and client relationship skills.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
• A collaborative approach and passion for developing others.
• Curiosity, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding work.
