Customer Service Representative — Entry Level at GEM

GEM is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will represent client brands through direct customer interactions, community outreach, event marketing, and promotional campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with customers and community members in a professional and friendly manner.
• Represent client brands and organizations at events, promotional activities, and community outreach campaigns.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, campaigns, or initiatives.
• Answer customer questions and address concerns professionally.
• Build positive relationships with customers and community members.
• Assist with event setup, promotional activities, and on-site campaign execution.
• Communicate customer feedback and campaign information to team leaders.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet campaign and performance goals.
• Maintain a professional and positive representation of GEM and its clients.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.
