We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing home improvement team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start or grow a career in sales, enjoys working with people, and wants the opportunity to earn based on their performance.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide training and support to help you develop the skills you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will work directly with homeowners to learn about their home improvement needs and introduce them to solutions that may be a good fit.

• Speak with homeowners about their home improvement goals
• Build relationships and create a positive customer experience
• Learn and present our products and services
• Answer customer questions and provide helpful information
• Follow up with potential customers
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Represent the company professionally in every customer interaction
